Mission:

With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we have established a strong presence in the B2C market and are now expanding into the B2B sector. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our efforts in driving revenue and growth within the B2B segment in Rome. 

The IKONO Sales Executive is responsible for expanding our presence in the B2B market by identifying and securing new business opportunities, like schools, companies, event planners, etc. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, conducting cold calls, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and ultimately driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Outcomes:

• Execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing B2B markets and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop tailored sales collateral and materials that resonate with B2B clients.
• Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote IKONO's
products/services.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain IKONO's competitive edge.
• Provide regular progress reports, and insights to senior management to support informed decision-making regarding sales strategy and resource allocation.

Technical Competences / Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
• Proven track record of sales for 2 years.
• Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Languages spoken: Local language native/bilingual proficiency + English minimum C1 level required.
