The Job:
We are a growing DTC startup in the natural supplements industry with a strong focus on subscription-based services. We're looking for a hands-on Retention Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our customer retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage targeted retention campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience
- Monitor and report on key retention metrics
- Optimize the subscription model and customer journey
- Conduct customer research and feedback analysis
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer retention, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses
- Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
