The Role
We are looking for a super creative junior marketeer, with already some startup experience, and hands-on in crafting compelling product narratives, analyzing market trends, supporting the launch of our new recruitment solution, and taking care of our social media - total space for creativity, we don't like the same old traditional boring content out there. 

Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct research to understand the talent marketplace landscape, including competitors and market trends.

Buyer Personas: Help create detailed buyer personas to understand the needs of job seekers and employers.

Messaging and Positioning: Assist in developing compelling messaging and positioning statements for the talent marketplace.

Content Creation: Create informative content to educate the audience about the marketplace and consultancy benefits.

Launch Planning: Contribute to the launch strategy, including coordinating events and promotional campaigns.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to measure success.

Collateral Development: Create marketing materials, such as videos, brochures and presentations, to support sales efforts.

Social Media Management: Manage social media content to maintain an engaging online presence.

Requirements:
- Get out of the theory and execution mindset;
- You can and you like to speak with people to learn and use the info to solve problems
- Finishing/just finished graduation or masters
- Some relevant experience in entrepreneurship, junior consultancy, saas sales, etc.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- Based and legal in Portugal or Spain
