About the Company:
A fast-growing D2C ecommerce brand in the wellness and supplements space, with a mission to reinvent health through natural solutions for modern lifestyles. We are looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email & SMS) to lead our retention channels.
The Role:
You’ll own, design, execute, and optimize campaigns and automated flows across email and SMS, directly impacting customer retention, subscription renewals, and revenue growth. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role with visibility across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimize email & SMS marketing programs (campaigns + automated flows).
Audit and improve the current CRM setup, identifying quick wins to boost engagement and repeat purchases.
Plan and execute a campaign calendar balancing promotional, educational, and retention-focused sends.
Design and relaunch lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, subscription conversion).
Report on performance and deliver measurable uplift in CTR, LTV, repeat purchase, and subscription retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, copywriting, growth marketing, and retention teams.
Must-Have Skills:
2+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing, ideally within ecommerce or subscription models.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, post-purchase).
Experience with OTP-to-subscription conversion tactics.
Proficiency in copywriting, A/B testing, and analytics/reporting.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or similar platforms.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with supplements, wellness, or health-related products.
Knowledge of subscription retention & monetization strategies.
Familiarity with GDPR and deliverability best practices.
Tools You’ll Use:
Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, Triple Whale/Northbeam, Figma.
