As we grow, we’re looking for a strategic and well-connected sales leader to drive global retail partnerships and scale our brand presence.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Global Sales Manager (contractor) to spearhead our international expansion through retail and distributor partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a deep network in the beauty industry — especially among mid-to-large retailers and distributors — and a track record of growing premium beauty brands in markets like the US, Europe, Asia, and South America.
You’ll report directly to the CEO, working closely with leadership to secure new accounts, scale current partnerships, and shape the commercial growth strategy.
This role may evolve into a permanent leadership position based on performance and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead global retail and distributor partnerships, with a focus on the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America
Leverage existing relationships to open doors with major retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Credo Beauty, and other key channels
Build and execute a sales roadmap that aligns with TELURIS' global brand strategy
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support launches and ongoing retail initiatives
Negotiate deals and manage commercial terms with partners
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends in skincare and wellness retail
Monitor sales performance and report results to the leadership team
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in sales or business development within the beauty/skincare industry
Strong existing network of retail and distributor contacts (with proven access to decision-makers)
Experience working with mid to premium price point beauty brands (~$40 AOV)
Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar accounts or regions
Global mindset with experience across at least two of the following markets: US, Europe, Asia, LATAM
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a high-growth, agile environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Nice to Have
Experience launching beauty brands into big box retailers (e.g., Target, Sephora, Ulta)
Background in building omnichannel sales strategies (e.g., retail, DTC, Amazon)
Ability to collaborate across time zones and work asynchronously
