Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Flecto, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will involve identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads for our sales team. This is a crucial position that bridges marketing and sales, focusing on creating opportunities through outbound outreach and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers using various methods such as social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and determine their fit with our solutions.
- Outreach & Communication: Develop personalized outreach strategies through phone, email, and social media to connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate data for reporting and follow-up.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to better position our solutions.
- KPI Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation, meetings booked, and other key performance metrics.
What We´re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (experience in SaaS or tech industry is a plus).
Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Resilience and perseverance in lead outreach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
- A self-starter with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
