The Role:

Companeo is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the French Market, native french speaker, to join their team in Lisbon. The work will be hybrid, with three times weekly in to the office, located in Parque das Nações;

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact and manage customer satisfaction, establishing strong and lasting relationships;
- Identify customers in need of additional assistance through proactive integrity checks and performance indicators:
- Execute a prescribed account management plan, aligning the company's vision on lead management with the business objectives of each account;
- Advocate for customer concerns to the responsible teams within the organization and develop strategies to address them consistently;
- Achieve a 90% account retention rate and 15% annual revenue growth per account;
- Document successful actions taken to achieve retention and revenue goals.

Profile:

- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, demonstrating account management skills and goal achievement;
- Fluent or native in French. Other languages are an additional asset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems and conflicts;
- Active listening skills and a natural ability to understand customer needs;
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.

What they offer:

- 1050 euros + 400 euros at 100% of objectives;
- Food allowance – 7,80 euros;
- Transport Bonus – 20 euros;
