The Structural Engineer supports structural analysis and design activities for Gazelle’s support structures, ensuring technical soundness, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering field.
2–4 years of experience in structural design and analysis, ideally in offshore or marine environments.
Proficiency in FEA tools such as STAAD Pro, SACS, or ANSYS.
Familiarity with international design codes (ISO 19902, DNVGL-ST-0126).
Knowledge of FEMAP or SESAM and programming in Python or MATLAB.
Strong analytical and collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Innovative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Able to manage project timelines and budgets.
Conduct structural design and analysis for wind turbine support structures.
Develop engineering calculations and detailed designs.
Perform FEA and other advanced analyses to ensure performance.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and naval teams.
Review drawings and deliverables for compliance and quality.
Support client and regulatory interfaces.
Contribute to process and technology improvements.
