We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact. Please note: We welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Lisbon.

What you'll be doing:

- We’re in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.
- You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

What you'll need to succeed:

● Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS business;
● Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales;
● Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders;
● Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth;
● Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs;
● Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written;

What you’ll get:

● €60,000-80,000 + commission + equity.
● Hybrid working model: 2 days remote, 3 days in our Lisbon office.
