We enable small carriers to become digital at a fraction of the cost of traditional on-premise ERP or Transport Management System (TMS). Our Fuel App, with patented AI technology and gamification, is designed to save fuel and CO2, and improve the driver experience by seamlessly connecting with third-party software applications.
As Meight's Intelligent Transport Platform Specialist, you will bridge commercial strategy with technical expertise to drive digital transformation for road transport carriers. This hybrid role combines elements of solution selling, product evangelism, and implementation leadership. It requires a deep understanding of transport operations and SaaS platforms. You will own the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to value realization, shaping product evolution through operational insights.
Strategic Prospecting:
Collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership team to identify high-potential carrier leads and execute account targeting strategies.
Solution Design:
Conduct needs analysis sessions with carriers to map operational workflows against Meight's capabilities, identifying integration opportunities with existing ERPs and other systems.
Technical Sales:
Lead sales cycles with multi-stakeholder approvals, craft proposals that quantify ROI using Meight’s data analytics, and work with the GTM Lead team to close deals.
Implementation Leadership:
Coordinate with internal engineering teams, customer success, and customer IT departments during onboarding, resolving technical constraints related to API integrations or data migration from legacy systems.
Product Adoption:
Work closely with the Senior Customer Success Team to develop customized training programs for different user personas (dispatchers, operations, drivers) to maximize post-implementation feature utilization.
Customer Support:
Assist the support team in serving Portuguese and Spanish markets, ensuring smooth communication and efficient issue resolution for clients in these regions.
Account Growth:
Monitor usage patterns, increase engagement, improve user scores, collect user feedback, request referrals, and identify upsell opportunities.
Industry Advocacy:
Represent Meight at various events, transport conferences, and trade associations, delivering technical workshops on digital transformation strategies for SME carriers.
Operational Translator:
Comfortable discussing operational aspects like diesel consumption with drivers and strategic architecture with COOs.
Technical Storyteller:
Ability to showcase SaaS capabilities through scenario-based demos and success cases, rather than just listing features.
Process Architect:
Skilled in developing repeatable implementation playbooks while keeping customers aligned with implementation schedules.
Change Agent:
Persuasive in encouraging traditionally analog organizations to embrace digital workflows. You translate raw data into compelling narratives about cost savings and sustainability.
Entrepreneur:
