Mission:

With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we have established a strong presence in the B2C market and are now expanding into the B2B sector. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Director to lead our efforts in driving revenue and growth within the B2B segment.

As a B2B Sales Director your mission is to expand our presence in the B2Bmarket by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will beresponsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, conducting cold calls, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and ultimately driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Outcomes:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing B2B markets and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop tailored sales collateral and materials that resonate with B2B clients.
• Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote IKONO's
products/services.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain IKONO's competitive edge.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and insights to senior management to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
• Oversee and empower our growing sales team, guiding their development, setting clear objectives, and facilitating collaboration to
achieve collective sales targets and organizational goals.

Technical Competences/ Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
• Proven track record of successful B2B sales for 3 years.
• Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, minimum level C1 required. Other European languages would be a plus.
• Work experience in a startup/scaleup/fast paced international environment would be an advantage.
